About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in IT / ITES Sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and demonstrate the ability to generate, nurture, and close deals independently.
This role requires someone who can own the complete sales cycle, deliver early results, and also guide junior team members in modern outreach practices.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct global market research and identify high-potential prospects
✔️ Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn and modern outreach tools (Apollo, Lucia, etc.)
✔️ Plan & execute email campaigns and build daily lead pipelines
✔️ Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
✔️ Work in US time zones and take ownership of deal closures
✔️ Mentor and support junior BDEs in lead generation & outreach strategies
✔️ Maintain strong communication with international clients
✔️ Consistently meet targets in a performance-driven environment
✔️ Adapt to fast-paced IT sales pressure with a proactive mindset

Requirements
✔️ Mandatory IT / ITES Sales experience
✔️ Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
✔️ Experience selling to US / international markets preferred
✔️ Hands-on with modern sales tools & LinkedIn-led outreach
✔️ Strong closing mindset with ownership attitude
